1) Insert a non-Current Provider Network (e.g. non-Vodafone SIM for Vodafone Network, non-Optus SIM for Optus Network) SIM card into the device. (Current Provider Network is the network that the device locked to)
2) Ensure the device is charged and then switch the device on. It will display “Invalid SIM” or “Locked”.
3) Establish a WiFi connection to the device with your PC/IPAD/IPHONE/Android Device.
4) Browse any website and you will be redirected to the unlock page and prompted to input the 8 digits unlock code. You can also login to your device’s dashboard to enter the unlock code.
1.) What is unlock code?
Ans: Unlock code is used to remove a network locked mobile device such as phone or modem. Once the device is network unlocked, you can use other network SIM on the device.
2.) What if the unlock code doesn’t work?
Ans: If I can find the unlock code for your device, the code will definitely work on your device. Please make sure you enter the code correctly.
3.) Will the unlocking process change or modify my device firmware?
Ans: No. The unlock code will not alter or modify your device firmware. Therefore, the unlocking process will not void your device warranty.
4.) Will the code unlock my device temporary or permanently?
Ans: The unlock code will unlock your device pernamently. Your device will not be locked again if you update your device firmware.
5.) Why do you need my device IMEI and how to find it?
Ans: I need your device IMEI in order to calculate the unlock code. I don’t use the IMEI for other purposes. You can usually find the IMEI number printed on the box that come with the device or underneath the battery on the device.
6.) How do I know if you are reputable?
Ans: I have been providing the unlock code to many people including some users on reputable forums since I started the service. You can always search around to find out how people think about my service.
7.) I don’t have a Paypal account, so how do I make the payment?
Ans:You don’t need a Paypal account for the payment. You can use your credit card to make the payment via Paypal payment gateway.
8.) I send you my IMEI to check but why I never get a response from you?
Ans:I usually response to all enquiries. If you didn’t receive any response from me, please check your email account spam folder to see if my reply email was there. Otherwise, please email me again to follow up.
9.) Can I continue to use the original network SIM once the device is unlocked?
Ans:Yes. The orinigal network SIM will continue to work once the device is unlocked.
10.) Will the unlock code expire?
Ans: No. The code will work as long as your device is in working condition. Once you have the code, you can unlock it whenever you like. You only need to use the code once and the device will be unlocked permanently.
11.) Can I use the same unlock code on different devices on the same model?
Ans: No. Each unlock code is unique and only valid to the particular IMEI device.
